Floyd Henderson
Sr. Vice Commander - Army
Floyd Henderson is the Senior Vice Commander of VFW Post 2070 Arcadia-Monrovia. As Senior Vice Commander, Floyd assists the Commander in preserving order and presides in the absence of the Commander, among other duties.
Floyd Henderson is also the Past Commander for VFW Post 2070, having previously served as Commander for five consecutive program years, between 2017-18 and 2021-22. As Past Commander, Floyd may also serve as an official representative at events.
Floyd has previously served as District Junior Vice Commander and is currently a 1-year Trustee for the district. Floyd gained entry into the Veterans of Foreign Wars through his combat service during the Vietnam War. He is a VFW Life Member and a member of the Military Order of the Cootie.
