Chaplain/1-Year Trustee - Marines
Manny Rodriguez serves as the 1-Year Trustee of VFW Post 2070. Trustees are responsible for reviewing the monthly report of receipts and expenditures, and to audit the quarterly books and records, among other duties. Trustees do not serve on any committees or as officers where the books, records and accounts are audited by the trustees.
The Post Chaplain is responsible for providing spiritual guidance and counseling to help members, along with families in need. They might also be active in the community and can provide ministerial duties at special events, including Memorial Day and Veterans Day.
Manny gained entry into the Veterans of Foreign Wars through his combat service during Desert Storm. He is a VFW Life Member.
